Listing of episodes

The twelfth and final season of the American television
sitcom

The Large Bang Theory

premiered on
CBS
on September 24.
[i]

[2]

It returned to its regular Thursday time slot on September 27, and ended on May 16, 2019.

Production

[
edit
]

In March 2017, CBS renewed the series for two more seasons, bringing its full to twelve, and running through the
2018–19 television season.
[3]

On August 22, CBS and Warner Bros. Television officially appear that the 12th season would be the series’ last. This stemmed from
Jim Parsons‘ decision to exit the series at the terminate of season twelve if the show were to have been renewed for a thirteenth season.
[1]

[4]

[5]

The series ended with an hour-long finale consisting of ii back-to-back episodes on May 16, 2019.
